Maybe The Best Way To Lose Body Fat

Are you looking for the best way to lose body fat? I’ll begin with a short story about me.

I had become somewhat frustrated with my excess fat, how I looked in the mirror and my lack of confidence It was also affecting relationships with other people.

To come out on ‘the other side’, not only 40lbs lighter, but with renewed energy and self-belief was a life changing event.

I can’t guarantee that what I am about to tell you will change your life. I simply don’t know if you are going to take action and follow through to completion. That is in your hands, not mine.

My role is to provide you with the support and the strategies that I followed to create my lean body – possibly it’s the best way to lose body fat.

Here are 5 key steps that you should follow if you are confused about fat loss, despondent about the way you look and struggling for consistency in your daily battle to burn fat fast:

1. Have absolute certainty that you need to change. Without that cast iron certainty, there is just no way that you will follow through. Believe me, it can’t be a half-hearted attempt hoping that you will succeed. That’s not enough. It needs to be more committed and explicit than that. You need 100% certainty.

2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them – failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. You need to know the best way to lose body fat for you. How much weight do you want to lose? Do you have a deadline by when you want to lose it? Your goals need to be realistic but also have stretch applied to them. If you need to lose a significant amount of weight, then you need to ‘chunk’ – break the bigger goal into smaller goals. These goals will be more achievable and demonstrate that you are making progress.

3. “Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day”. This is a great quote from the late and great Jim Rohn. To eat healthily and to eat excercise regularly you need to develop great habits and apply daily consistency. Without consistency, you will fail – you will quickly go back to the way you were. Now it doesn’t take me to tell you that this may not be the best way to lose body fat. Creating good habits takes time. Don’t expect overnight success. There may be times where you fall off the wagon. The key is not to despair. Understand what you are trying to achieve and why – regroup, refocus and get back to applying consistency to your daily routine.

4. The best way to burn fat fast is to eat healthy foods. You should be targeting balanced meals of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Don’t forget the vegetables and fruit too. You should be eating 5-6 small portioned meals every day. Restricting calorie intake is counter-productive. Restrictive diets slow down your body’s metabolism causing you to store fat rather than burn it! To keep your metabolism elevated at all times you should eat regular small meals – it’s great for burning fat.

5. Isn’t it time you got active may be 3-4 times every week? I don’t mean stepping on a treadmill and plodding along at low intensity for 30 minutes. That’s not the best way to lose body fat. What I am talking about here is high intensity resistance training and high intensity interval training. Let me explain further. High intensity exercise keeps your workouts to less than 30 minutes, but more importantly keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours. In addition, resistance training creates muscle. This not only makes you look great, but also raises your metabolism at rest. Basically more muscle means more calories burned at rest. It’s the best way to lose body fat.

So there it is – the best way to lose body fat in 5 steps. Now it’s your turn. You have a decision to make. Do you have absolute certainty that you need to transform your body or are you going to just simply ignore this article?

May be the decision itself is easy.

It’s what you do next that is may be a little more intimidating.

It needn’t. There is minimal sacrifice or pain associated with undertaking a fat loss regime. In fact may be you should turn away from the what you are ‘giving up’ or sacrificing to what you are moving towards.

How would you feel right now if you had the lean body that you have always dreamed of?

How would that really make you feel?

What freedom would that give you to do literally anything you wanted?

How much confidence would you now have?

Now isn’t that something worth striving for. Start today and implement the ‘best way to lose fat’ strategies.

This Is The Best Way To Lose Body Fat

Need to know the best way to lose body fat? Here’s my short story.

I had become despondent with my weight, the way I looked and my self-confidence. My relationships with my friends and family were also affected

To lose that excess 40lbs of fat was a life changer for me – I had renewed energy, drive and self-belief.

Now what I am going to share with you is no guarantee. I just don’t know if you are going to take massive action and follow through with consistency. That is in your hands, not mine.

I can only provide you with the guidance and the steps that I took to transform my body and my life – and just may be it’s the best way to lose body fat.

So here are 5 simple steps that could help you if you are over-fat, frustrated with your previous fat loss attempts and are struggling to gain momentum in the daily struggle to burn fat fast:

1. Have absolute certainty that you need to change. If you don’t have absolute certainty, you won’t follow through. Believe me, it can’t be a half-hearted attempt hoping that you will succeed. It will just not be sufficent. It needs to be more committed and explicit than that. You need to be 110% sure – and nothing less.

2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them – failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to understand where you are going. You need to know the best way to lose body fat for you. How much fat do you want to get rid of? Do you have a deadline by when you want to lose it? Your goals need to be stretchy but they also need to be realistic. If you need to eliminate a huge amount of fat then you will need to break your long term goal into smaller goals. These goals will be more achievable and demonstrate that you are making progress.

3. Here’s a great quote – “Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day”. It’s by the late Jim Rohn. You need to create good habits (eating right and exercising regularly) and this requires consistency applied every day. Without the consistency – which is achieved through having absolute certainty that you will achieve your goals – you will quickly revert back to your bad habits. Now it doesn’t take me to tell you that this may not be the best way to lose body fat. To create a great habit takes some time and effort. It won’t happen over night. You may fall ‘off the wagon’ once or twice. The point here is not to get despondent. Take a step back and look back at your goals, why you are trying to achieve them and understand how you can improve in your application of daily consistency.

5. You need to get active 3-4 times a week. Now this doesn’t mean gonig through the motions on a treadmill for 30 minutes or more. That simply is not the best way to lose body fat. I am strong advocate of high intensity training whether it is resistance training or interval training. Let me explain further. High intensity workouts allow you to train for much shorter periods (less than 30 minutes), but also keep your metaolism raised for up to 48 hours after completing the session. Resistance training also creates muscle. This not only makes you look great, but also raises your metabolism at rest. Basically more muscle means more calories burned at rest. Quite simply it’s the best way to lose body fat.

So there it is – the best way to lose body fat in 5 steps. Now it’s your turn. You have a simple choice ahead of you. Do you have absolute certainty that you need to transform your body or are you going to just simply ignore this article?

The decision in itself is an easy one.

It’s what you do next that is may be a little more intimidating.

But it shouldn’t be. In reality, there is little pain or loss associated with losing weight. May you should try to to forget what you are going to miss out on and focus on what you are moving towards.

How would you feel right now if you had the lean body that you have always dreamed of?

How would that really make you feel?

What freedom would that give you to do literally anything you wanted?

How much confidence would you now have?

Isn’t that a goal that you should be aiming for? Start today and implement the ‘best way to lose fat’ strategies.

Which Is The Best Way To Lose Body Fat

Increasing your metabolism naturally is the best way to lose body fat.

You may have heard of the word metabolism, but it may be a little confusing to you. You may know that there is a link between your metabolism and your weight, but you don’t understand how.

There’s a lot of information out there, so let’s start by clarifying what metabolism actually is.

Metabolism is the process of transforming food (e.g. nutrients) into fuel (e.g. energy). The body uses this energy to conduct a vast array of essential functions. You can therefore quickly see why a higher metabolism is the best way to lose body fat; quite simply a higher metabolism burns more calories.

Before I explain your options to increasing your metabolism, let’s just put to bed some of the myths in the fat loss and fitness industry:

Fat Loss Myth Number 1:

Restrictive calorie diets help you lose weight. Although you may lose a few pounds during the first few days (mainly through water loss), very quickly your metabolism starts to slow down causing your body to actually story fat and not burn it. Do you think this is the best way to lose body fat?

Fat Loss Myth Number 2:

Fat loss pills help reduce body fat. There’s only one thing I can say about these pills; they’re a complete waste of your hard-earned money. They are useless and can also have side-effects. Do you think this is the best way to lose body fat?

Fat Loss Myth Number 3:

Cardio is the best workout to lose weight. Plodding along at steady state on a treadmill or stationary bike for 30 minutes is not only boring, but it also doesn’t assist in fat burning in the long term. It has been shown that you are burning fat during the exercise itself, but as soon as you stop your metabolism slows down very quickly. In fact your body quickly becomes conditioned to this type of exercise. Do you think this is the best way to lose body fat?

You now know what you shouldn’t do in pursuit of your lean body.

Instead let’s look at my recommendations below to help increase your metabolism for prolonged periods. it’s quite simply the best way to lose body fat.

Fat Loss Fact Number 1:

You should eat 5-6 meals over the course of a day to keep your metabolism elevated. Every meal should include complex carbohydrates, lean protein and a healthy fat. Don’t forget to eat plenty of vegetables and fruit also. Eating in this manner will provide you with a constant source of energy and stop you feeling hungry throughout the day.

Fat Loss Fact Number 2:

You increase your resting metabolism by increasing your muscle mass. Did that make you take note? Creating muscle quite simple means you will burn additional calories at rest. To create new muscle mass you need to do some form of resistance training. It is possible to use basic equipment (barbells, dumbbells, etc) or even your own bodyweight as resistance. You just need to find a great program that overloads your muscles to help them grow.

Fat Loss Fact Number 3:

Training at high intensity can increase your metabolism at rest for up to two days. Compare this to what was discussed in Fat Loss Myth Number 3. Research has shown time and time again that high intensity training, whether it is resistance training or interval training, supports fat loss. There are numerous great on-line fat loss and fitness programs that promote this type of training. Not only does it support fat burning at rest, the workouts themselves can be completed in less than 30 minutes.

So that’s it. Naturally increasing your metabolism is the best way to lose body fat through eating little and often, increasing your muscle mass and implementing high intensity workouts.

Check Out The Best Way To Lose Body Fat

Need to know the best way to lose body fat? Let’s start with my story.

I had become somewhat frustrated with my excess fat, how I looked in the mirror and my lack of confidence It was also affecting relationships with other people.

To lose that excess 40lbs of fat was a life changer for me – I had renewed energy, drive and self-belief.

I can’t guarantee that what I am about to tell you will change your life. I simply don’t know if you are going to take action and follow through to completion. That is up to you, not me.

My role is to provide you with the support and the strategies that I followed to create my lean body – possibly it’s the best way to lose body fat.

You need to provide so much more commitment and dedication than that. You need 100% certainty.

2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them – failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. You need to find out the the best way to lose body fat.

3. Here’s a great quote – “Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day”. This is a great quote from the late and great Jim Rohn. Don’t expect overnight success. You may fall ‘off the wagon’ once or twice. The point here is not to get despondent. Take a step back and look back at your goals, why you are trying to achieve them and understand how you can improve in your application of daily consistency.

4. Eating healthy foods is the best way to burn fat fast. You should be targeting balanced meals of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Don’t forget the vegetables and fruit too. Portion sizes should be kept to small sizes and eat 5-6 meals per day. Don’t even consider restricting your calories – this is counter-productive. Starvation or restrictive diets pull your metabolism down to standstill causing your body to store fat. To keep your metabolism elevated at all times you should eat regular small meals – it’s great for burning fat.

5. You need to get active 3-4 times a week. I don’t mean stepping on a treadmill and plodding along at low intensity for 30 minutes. The bottom line is that more muscle means more calories burned whilst resting. Quite simply it’s the best way to lose body fat.

That’s it – the best way to lose body fat in 5 simple steps. Now it’s up to you. You have a decision to make. Do you have absolute certainty that you need to transform your body or are you going to just simply ignore this article?

The decision in itself is an easy one.

May be it’s the follow through and consistency that scares you.

It needn’t. There is minimal sacrifice or pain associated with undertaking a fat loss regime. May you should try to to forget what you are going to miss out on and focus on what you are moving towards.

How would you feel right now if you had the lean body that you have always dreamed of?

How would that really make you feel?

What freedom would that give you to do literally anything you wanted?

How confident would you be?

Now isn’t that something worth striving for. Implement the ‘best way to lose body fat’ today.

Low intensity cardio is the best exercise for fat loss. Not only is spending 30 minutes or more on a treadmill somewhat boring, it doesn’t help you burn fat over the long term. Don’t get me wrong, you burn some fat during the cardio workout itself, but as soon as you stop, your metabolism quickly reverts back to the original level. In fact your body quickly becomes conditioned to this type of exercise. Do you think this is the best way to lose body fat?

Instead let’s look at my recommendations below to help increase your metabolism for prolonged periods. it’s quite simply the best way to lose body fat.

Don’t forget to eat plenty of vegetables and fruit also. By eating every couple of hours your body will receive a constant source of nutrients and energy and you won’t ever feel hungry.

Fat Loss Fact Number 2:

If you increase your muscle mass you will increase your metabolism at rest. Did that make you take note? Quite simply that means that if you create muscle you will burn more calories whilst doing nothing. To create new muscle mass you need to do some form of resistance training. You can either use weights (barbells, dumbbells, etc) or use your own bodyweight as resistance. You just need to find a great program that overloads your muscles to help them grow.

Fat Loss Fact Number 3:

Training at high intensity can increase your metabolism at rest for up to two days. Compare this to what was discussed in Fat Loss Myth Number 3.
